  1. Hi again Jranch,

Your complaint has just been reviewed and accepted. Link to your complaint:

LuckyNiki Casino - Delayed account verification

Please make sure to follow carefully all AGCCS Guidelines from now on.

Thanks and good luck with your complaint.

I hope this will make the ball roll :) I can't find any information on where luckyniki.com operates from in the world or phone number? Maybe you have more luck?

  2. Hello there Jranch and welcome to AskGamblers.

I'll try to be as short and informative at the same time as possible...

Here's what the casino terms are stipulating when it comes to paperwork required for account verification:

Of course, most online casinos reserve the right to require further documents if necessary, so I guess there's nothing to worry about in case you are a legitimate player and have nothing to hide.

Still, if something goes wrong with your account verification, you may always consider using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service /AGCCS/. More about how to use it below. ;)

    Using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service

Thank you for the informative words! :)

It's been almost 17 days now since I made my withdrawal and they started the verification, so it's just making me nervous I guess. Everyone can abuse the health insurance card, but I don't think a "what-seems-to-be-a-legit-casino" would abuse it since it will ruin the entire trust to the casino.

But I guess you're right. 17 days is just a lot in my eyes :)

  3. Hi there Jranch and welcome to Askgamblers forum.  :hi:

Oh geeees...is that the only ID document that you have?

Usually, casinos accept driving licenses and utility bills for account verification purposes, or a passport, if you have one. If none, then it isn't surprising that some other form of ID documentation is required, which in your case, is your Health Insurance card. Nope, this is not the usual case with most others, but this may be the only option for you, who knows.  ;)

Thank you for your reply and thanks for the warm wlcome! :)

No, it's definately not my only ID. I already provided them with my Drivirs License, Utility bill, bank statement and e-wallet account photo. But they asked for my health insurance, so I sent them a photo of it with the last four digits covered. For security reasons though, they asked for the uncovered version, so I sent them it.

I really regret it, but maybe it's fine?

  4. I have recently begun playing at luckyniki.com and have made my first withdrawal 16 days ago, which is still being processed. Is it normal for casinos to ask for a photo of a persons health insurance card with the full social security number (SSN) and nothing covered?
