Hi all!
So just to update this issue I had.
I recieved a phone call yesterday from an account manager from Betfair. He apologised for the situation and although they could not add a welcome bonus he did add a cash credit to my account of over 50% my initial deposit.
I can no longer call this a complaint as I considered the issue very well managed. The phone call, honestly would have been enough for me, the cash credit is a bonus.
So for me, for now, Betfair has lived up to its name Bet Fair.
