When they sent me a email they told me how much and got what they told me

I got a email in Wednesday saying it had been processed and it could take 5 7 business days checked this morning and it was there hopefully yourse will be soon

Yes 1st email I received but I have received a lot saying I'm self excluded from different sites connected to them I emailed them on Thursday hopefully it be in by Friday normally take 3 days I keep u updated

I think other casinos need looking in to aswell I have self excluded from a lot of sites but still been able to join there partner sites

Just received a email from cassava they have refunded my money

I just rang bingo support again they said cassava having technical difficulties so give them a bit longer to reply but they still won't tell me any thing

How long did it take to revive you're refund I got a email last Friday with a amount to be refunded but still waiting
