Hi again I just have to give it to Voodoodreams again. I won NOK5000, today. Requested withdrawal. I was verified but had used a new card. They needed a scan of it. This they asked for within 15 minutes. I sent it and 10 minutes later I got an SMS saying the money was on its way to me. They are FAST! And legit. The website is still very dark, but then again - it is the theme... I really like Voodoodreams.

Well, so far I am not very impressed with MiamiDice. Three days ago I got an email saying : "We are sorry to hear you have not received your withdrawal as yet. We have followed up on this for you and we have been confirmed with the following information: There was a delay with the VISA WD on the 5 April and we are in the process of contacting Ayden and resolving this for you We trust that we have been of assistance, but do not hesitate to contact us again should you have any further queries." I responded a couple of hours later asking for a timeframe - when can I expect to be paid. Still havent heard anything from them about that.

Getting 503 Service unavailable when I hit the Submit complaint button. This is the text and then you have the screenshot: On march 20. I ask to withdraw NOK 10.000,- The verification prossess starts. On the 27. of march I am verified and the withdrawal is approved on the 28th. Today it is april 5th and still no money. They say to allow up to 7 days, now it is 8 days since withdrawal was approved. Talking to customer support now, they ask me to "Please send in a bank statement dated 27.03.2017 up until todays date 05.04.2017 and we will send it to our accounts team to investigate."

Still no money, so now I am dissapointed. Makina a complain.

If I have received nothing by tomorrow, I will. It say 5-7 days for bank transfer, so I will give them their maximum time and then some... .But even if it comes tomorrow, the whole prossess took too long.

15 days, MiamiDice - and no money. Wow! That it By Far - the slowest working casino I have ever experienced! I contacted Customer Service today, asking about the money. The told me to please allow one more day for the money to get thru. So that will be 16 days to get verified and paid.

Well - I might not have cleared the bonus, as they say. But when the withdrawal page say I can withdraw all the money, it is natural (at least for me) to think that I have cleared the wagering requrements. I was told to send an email and explain/complain. So I did.

The screenshot posted here also say (and said) That the bonus was NOK 750,- That I have wagered NOK 0,- and that Required wagering is 0,-

No, I do not know if the bonus was cleared. But when one go to the "Withdrawal" page, at all casinos I know - it quite clear states how much one can Withdraw. If a bonus is still in play it would say something like "You can withdraw $0...." something like that. And at CasnoAdrenaline it said that I could withdraw all the money in my account - that is why I assumed that the bonus was cleared! What this probably bils down to is 1. I was stupid not to contact support on email or chat, asking "Is the bonus requirements really cleared?" - And 2. CasinoAdrenaline have a withdrawal area that is made so people would/could make mistakes like this. On purpose? Maybe! All other casinos I have made withdrawals pretty clear say that "bonus money are still in the game". Some, like VoodooDreams even have a pop-up saying "You have an active bonus. Maximum bet is $5".

Will be interessting to see what happens here.... Yesterday I deposited NOK 500, got a 150% bonus (asked customer support if I could plat Mega Moolah Isis - and I they said yes) at CasinoAdrenaline and had some winnings. Since it was a bonus, my bets was between $2 and $5 (max). When I went to bed I had NOK 3000. Today I won more, still betting 2-5USD. I wanted to make bigger bets and went to the withdrawal page. I see that all money in my account is eligible for withdrawal and assuming that I have met the wagering requirements. So I start making $5 bets and some $7-10. Ended up with NOK 25.000,- and made two 10.000 withdrawals. After 5 minutes I see that all the money is back in my account - and then 2 minutes later - all is gone. According to customer support I made too big bets. I have explained the above - that their page said I could withdraw all the money - and then assuming it the bonus was cleared. Waiting for a reply to my email, but I have no big hopes for getting anywhere. As i see it: CasinoAdrenaline have a terrible backend if the "withdrawable" amount in the account is wrong. This is misleading. At worst in my case, it was an honest misstake, based on the account info I could see. Your thoughts?

Yes, my account was not yet verified and I had to wait until I got back home to do so. Rest assure, my account at Royla Panda is verified now And I really like Royal Panda so I think I will stick to that casino in the future! While "reflecting" around the casinos - I have noticed that I have very little luck in the BIG casinos. I am about to make a new personal record in waiting for my winnings. The last record was held by Casino Cruise, but Miami Dice are now about to beat that record big time! On march 20. I make a wihdrawal of NOK 10.000 (approx USD1200). Expecing a couple of days for verification and one or two days more to receive the money. My documents was verified yesterday (after I contacted customer service). Checking my account today, the winnings are still pending. Customer service tells me to allow 48 hours for the money to be released and another 3-5 days for them to reach my bank account. Best case scenario 11 days. Worst case two weeks Can anyone explain me why a casino would need 1-2 weeks to verify/pay while others do it in a couple of hours - or even minutes (Bitstarz)? Of course, they want you to cancel your request for withdrawal and hope that you will loose the money! Not very professional, if you ask me. Another thing that I do not like too much - and this is quite embarrassing to share: I had a rather big winning over at Royal Panda (a casino I do like). I requested a $10,000.00 withdrawal.
