  3. yes afi to all 3 questions. they verified my account with my bank statement, cards are all fro the same bank I've been with them years and yes my I address is still the same,plus waiting to get this sorted my money is getting lower and lower,do you think that's their plan?

  5. I'm confused as you are,they have verified my bank statement but not my address even though its clearly visible, plus they want my bank cards with the numbers covered but when I send them they refuse to accept them,very strange and confusing

  11. I have no utility bills they are all on line and yes my address is on my bank statement, I just don't know where to go from here

  14. and yes I used my own bank card and own credentials, strange thing is I was verified by them last year,had no luck for awhile so took a timeout so when my timeout was up they are making me verify again

  17. no actually I haven't, mr green says I can play away but have put something up called a guard rail on my account, first I've ever heard of that happening but William hill still insists I'm excluded so not sure who or what to believe, but I bet if I did win on mr green I would definitely hear from William hill then.
  18. hi askgamblers my question is I've just reopened my mr green account which was pretty easy and deposited a few times,I then contacted William hill to reopen that account aswell but they said my self exclusion stands till 2023.as they acquired mr green as a sister site will I be able to withdraw as simple as it was to deposit?I have contacted both sites,William hill said I must contact mr green to withdraw,but as we all know depositing is easy BUT if I win then the problems start.so really my question is will William step in if I win and use the excuse "you are self excluded from all our sites so you cannot withdraw from here".I would appreciate any help in this matter,thanks

  23. geez pinnit that was a gut punch reply lol ,yes I'm uk and yes I deposited 10pounds to try them out ,seemed genuine enough till I tried verifying my email with the link they supplied. that's when the as you put it "the red sea" factor hit me lol,listen as always pinnit your opinion on casino matters helps greatly thanks for clearing that up,ps I just closed my account with them
