  1. Good news, I finally got the money

    Nonetheless there is a big "BUT". I waited for a sum of 1900€ 4 Weeks thats just too long. In addition there were plenty of problems I faced. 

     

    1. I never had to send any other casino a notary copy of my ID

    2. I send them like 8 Screenshots/Documents of my Bank Account in order to verify it. Happened never before.

    3. If i had not send the letter with the option to track it, I believe they would simply said, that they didn't got the letter.

    4. I had to supervise the whole process. 

    5. Lack of Communication

     

    HUGE thumbs up for Shafiek who really helped me with his contacts. 

     

    Madamechance gives a nice Bonus. Therefore there are some <removed> T&C which I understand. What I don't understand is this slow withdrawl process. This really <removed> me up in the meantime. They really should improve there Service Quality and Speed.

  2. I personally contacted him 2 days ago regarding your matter.

     

    He called me yesterday to advise your withdrawal will be processed. He mentioned he could not get hold of you on the number you supplied and he would email you.

     

    I also advise him that Madam Chance should get a forum rep on here.

    I doublechecked my mobile number, it's the right one, I don't know why he couldnt contact me via phone. 

     

     

    Good point of you. I also think they should put someone in here, which cares about the problems user have. I mean, if I google "madamechance + withdrawl" one result is redirecting me to this thread, in which are more complaints then positive words. I truely believe, that they could easily get a better reputation with minimal efforts.

     

    There is also another result from a different site like askgamblers where opinions are even worse. 

  3. It's getting more and more ridicolous. I am now speaking with one of their support-agents, and they told me that they havent received the notary copy yet.

     

    The funny part is, I have the tracking Code and can prove that they have received it last friday. No words for this.

     

    €: Live Agent did a further investigation and confirmed me, that they have gotten the Letter, but didn't forwarded it to the financial department. Good Thing is, I took a Screenshot of this Conversation so they can't tell me things like "We didn't received anything" ....

  4. Update: 

    After I talked to "Morgan Richards" the letter finally arrived on Friday. In Contrast to their promise, I didn't got an Email. I saw it, because I checked the tracking code. Till now, nothing new in my Case. It seems they want to sit it out. I am waiting for 3 Weeks now and it starts to get annoying. 

     

    If nothing happens till tomorrow Afternoon, I will talk to customer Service again. I'll keep you updated!

  5. Update in this Case.

     

    After 2 days where nothing happend, I spoke 10 minutes ago with the guy, which Fiekie247 mentioned. They still didn't receive my letter. So i gave him the Trackingnumber and he told me that they will care about it. It was also stated, that I will get a response in a timeframe of 24 hours.

     

    This guy was really capable, thumbs up for him & I hope that I soon will have the money on my bank account. I'll keep you updated

    I am just a little bit worried. No Casino ever requested me to send a notary approved document per letter to their office (But they stated they could request one to do so in their T&C's). 

    Still I don't have any complaints. The letter is now in cyprus and the first attempt to reach the office wasn't successful. This may happen. I'll wait till Thursday. If everything will be alright, I'll give madamechance a big thumbs up. We will see. 

  7. So I don't know what to think. I also opt-in for the 400% Welcomebonus and made a deposit of 200€. I got some nice winnings and made it up to 1900€ real Money which I could withdrawl. 

     

    But now, my withdrawl is stopped. They told me, that i have to send them a notary approved copy of my ID-Card as a physical letter. 

    I am afraid i won't this money. I deeply hope, that this isn't the case. I will keep you informed if they receive my letter and if I receive the money.
