And how can I submit complaint trough AG, I don´t know what is it?
We use our bank account, but she has own bank account.
We didn´t cheat, we didn´t get bonus. My girlfriend deposited 200Euros and she lost 100Euros.
What can i do?

Hello, I hope I helped here. I have registered with bet-at-home a few years and a play a little.
A month ago created an account with bet at home my girlfriend. She deposit money to her bet account.
We have common bank account, I and She are owners of bank account.
She sent the money to her bet account from our bank account as me, she did´t sense that. It can be a reason to blocked account?
I sent my identity card and confirmation of bank account ownership.
I suppouse that is problem to block account but I don´t know, because support doesn´t communicate with as. The support sent one email, about blocked account.
I sent an email why is blocked but nobody communicate with me.
I want to resolve this problem and unblock account.
