I have been playing there for the past few days and yes if you play more than about 400 spins then you won't see the win (each loss and win is a result and it stops at 500 results for the day, this has been going on with snatch/iwild as well for more than a year, they know their bet history is limited but haven't fixed it), in the bet log and gotta try some support chat and try until you find an agent that can actually help and find it on their system.
