  1. I am having the same issue. I withdrew last Thursday and it said it was processed on their end and today I got an email telling me that there was an issue with their payment provider. They told me it would only take a few more days but then they told me that if I wanted to withdraw via bank transfer I could and if so required bank details and sort code etc I am now a little confused. Bank transfers always take much longer than credit card transfers so what is going on? I too believe them to be reputable but this is highly inconvenient especially if you had plans for the funds withdrawn and Slotty Vegas prides itself on quick withdrawal protocol. To be honest they should really compensate us for it.
