I am partial to Realtime Gaming casinos, and I have won at a number of them.  I'll give you a rundown of my experiences at various RTG casinos.

My favorites are Uptown Aces and Slotocash:  They are both owned by the same company, and they are probably my favorite places to play.  They are generous  with bonuses - both non-deposit  and deposit-wise.  They have the highest cashout for any no-deposit bonuses I've seen.  I suspect that their payout percentage is on the higher side because I tend to win there with some frequency.  (I would cash out MORE if I would just stop playing after I win, though!!)  The only issue that I have with UA/SC is that they monitor your account and will limit your access to bonuses and/or take away VIP status if it seems like you are winning too much.  I was cutoff from SlotoCash bonuses for a while, but they did release their restriction with me.  So I am able to use bonuses again, which is nice.  I've been in and out of VIP status at both casinos, too.

Jackpot Capital, Slotastic, and Grande Vegas:  I won ~$1500 at Jackpot Capital, and they cut me off from all bonuses right after that.  It doesn't seem that they will be offering them to me again, either.  Slotastic was a bit more generous.  After winning several times, they didn't cut me off completely from bonuses, but I am only eligible for the not-so-great bonuses.  I'm better off not using a deposit bonus at all at Slotastic now because they will at least honor the cash back bonus if I bust a deposit.  Grande Vegas is alsogood with the no deposit bonuses, and they haven't cut me off from anything at this point.

Raging Bull and Grand Fortune:  Grand Fortune cut me off from bonuses.  Raging Bull is okay, but they limit cashouts on almost all of their bonuses, which I find annoying.  However, they are very generous with the number of no deposit bonuses they offer.

FreeSpin casino is ok.  I've won there a couple of times.  No big issues, but their bonuses aren't that great.

iNetBet is highly regarded, but I have found it pretty much impossible to win there.  I suspect that they're payout percentage is lower than average.

The Club World casino group - Lucky Red, Manhattan Slots, Allstar Casino, Aladdin's Gold, Club World, High Noon, etc  - are all highly touted casinos.  I just don't play there very often because their bonuses aren't very generous.  I pretty much only play there if I have a withdrawal pending at SlotoCash and Uptown Aces (and therefore can't make a deposit with a withdrawal pending).

If you are just getting started, I would steer clear of the Main Street Group casinos:  Las Vegas USA, Sun Palace, Slots Plus, Vegas Casino Online, and Old Havana.  If you win, I don't think it is possible to get paid without filing a complaint with an advocate (such as Ask Gamblers).

    I hope that helps!
