In my personal experience, payout FAST isn't truly an option within the US - so I will answer your question within the context of what I have experienced. Fast globally can mean a matter of minutes, but fast for a legitimate online casino that accepts and actually pays US players (and allows you to play from within the US) I find Slots.lv to be the best. Fast? Well relative to others, yes. Relative to what I think fast should be? Not so much. On average it takes around 4 days AFTER you have been verified.
