Hi Guys Same happened to me know as well. In my 20 years of gambling i never broke a single bonus term or had a double account or anything. I also received every single withdrawal, as i also always have checked terms etc. very detailed. Now i'm banned on all Dama NV / Hollycorn NV casinos, of course nobody says the true reason except "Management Decision" - which make sense a i didn't break any term. I also never played over max bet, do not have a strategy instead playing random slots with bets between 3-5$ etc. But to give them some credit, i had open withdrawals at 2 casinos and so far it looks like they will pay it without any issues, thats at least what support told me, so it still feels legit as in the end they can "choose" their customers of course. Will keep you updated if any more issues occur.
