  1. I'm done now. After more than three months of trying the legal department of the company which made Grandrio site for the casinos operator replied me. They told me that I cannot publish any information about their replies, because that could be bad for they business. And they threatened many ways to take legal actions if I share information.

I won't get my money out.

I decided to close my all casino accounts permanently and end my game playing.

For you all. Check very carefully the background of the casinos where are you playing. If you are aiming to the big wins, trust only old big casinos. If casino pays out quickly small wins, that does not automatically say that casino is secure when you try to withdraw a lot of money. Avoid casinos which have small withdrawal limits per week/month. If something seems odd with the casino, close the account and choose another one. Check the casino licence and check if something goes wrong you really get support from licencing authority!

  2. Phiro, unfortunately I don't know what to do with that company informartion. In that same address there is dozens of different companies registered. Some other internet casinos and much more other companies. It seems when company called Softgamings build casinos for customers many of the casinos have same kind of back company structure. And at least three casinos is registered to that address in Edinburgh. All are LP companies (limited partnership) probably created that nobody can not find out true owners of those companies/casinos. I'm trying to connect that Softgamings by Skype and Email, but no answers. Softgamings and Egamings are both from Riga. And same people are working in both companies.

  3. Actually, I don't believe FBI would help much here, simply because our forum friend vtyypi is from Finland.

Perhaps submitting a formal complaint in front of European Cybercrime Centre is a better idea to start with.

    https://www.europol.europa.eu/ec3

I noticed that. If you want to use that FBI Complaint system, victim or suspect of crime has to be from US.

I have contacted now to CasinoVino. And I will check if this route gets me closer...

  4. Still no luck to find the persons behind GrandRio. Curaçao eGaming replied me that they never licensed this group! So it seems that the Curaçao eGaming licence (8048/JAZ2014-010), what they claimed to have, was fake!

IP address and name server lookups seems to be dead ends. But I have to try to get some information out from egamings.com. http://whois.uanic.name/eng/grandrio.com/ and websiteoutlook.com both have information about egamings.com. GrandRio Casino used egamings.com's name servers.  http://grandrio.com.websiteoutlook.com/ says that "Author" is Egamings.

This Egamings company pops out every where. Microgaming said that Microgaming games was reselled to GrandRio by Mirax Limited ltd. What I did not find from Internet. After several emails, Microgaming gave me contact information to this mystical Mirax. Both email addresses was to Egamings. I emailed them. And all the responses were from mirax gmail address. (Gmail address does not look like very professional...) Mirax still says, that only contact to GrandRio is supports email address.

So all roads leads to Egamings now... It seems quite impossible to me that they can get Internet Casino up and working only by contacting companies via [email protected] without companies knowing their real names!

  5. I have to admit, that I knew that there is differences between casino licenses and how trustworthy they are in real places. After this win I have to say, avoid all Curaçao licensed casinos! There is the thing if you play with small bets and your winnings are small, it is easier to get your winnings out. If you are very lucky or your bets are larger and you win big, the probability that casino turns out rogue also get bigger.

After this case, I have to say, that if you are aiming to win big (or you want to be sure, that if you win big you really get your money out) avoid casinos which have only Curaçao license. And avoid all the casinos which have small withdrawal limits like 1000 euros per day or 5000 euros per month!  and avoid all the casinos that have some excuse to pay you, like 24 hour waiting period before they starts to process withdrawals or verification documents processing time could take 24 hour. They are signals that in real places (the big win) there is larger probability that you are not getting your money out.

  6. Hi there @vtyyppi,

Furthermore, and contrary to AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Terms, I took the decision to reopen the aforementioned complaint for you and although I don't expect anyone from GrandRio ex- management team to jump in and have the decency to reply and explain, please feel free to reply to your complaint and list all the details you have just mentioned at the above post. Players deserve to know what they could expect once the casino operations starting to fall apart...

Thanks, ValDes! I will update the new information about this case to re-opened complaint.

I don't want to blame AskGamblers on this. AskGamblers has done a remarkable job building this site and complaint system. You have helped players a lot and brought security for players. I think I got that 500 euros out from GrandRio, because the complaint in your site.

  7. I have to write few things about this. I made a deal with GrandRio Casino on May 10 th that I cancel my complaint which was this

    http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/21000-eur-withdrawals-not-processed-since-23-4

And GrandRio casino starts pay me 500€/week. They managed to pay me once. After this no payments. A lot of lies thou. Example they said they have paid. And after a week, they said there is some bank problem, they will contact the bank and so on. Only contact what I had was skype. But they have not replied me on Skype in 4,5 weeks now. Well I tried to re-open my complaint, but that was impossible, because AskGamblers said that this casino has been in-active for a month.

Few things about AskGamblers certified casinos list, which has about 30 casinos and GrandRio was one of them. GrandRio has not Guracao eGaming license, what the AskGamblers site says. It seems that AskGambler does not validate these licences? Another thing, AskGambler does not know who where the real persons running this casino. They emailed me, that only contact information they know is on this site, where is only supports email address.

Now I have tried to find who are the people running GrandRio Casino. I asked NetEnt and Microgaming. NetEnt said that they cannot legally help me, because my win was from Microgaming slot and ask Microgaming. I have sent about 30 emails to Microgaming I have only got one response back when I emailed them the information what NetEnt said. Microgaming said that they don't know who where the people running GrandRio! They said, that Microgaming games where re-sold to this casino by company called Mirax Management Ltd. I cannot find this company from internet. Only what I can find is this: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08554283 "dissolved"

Now I have tried for a week to contact Microgaming that they could give me some contact information to this Mirax so I could find out who where the real persons who owed and managed GrandRio Casino.

So it seems that you can run Internet casino, get to certfied casinos list in AskGambler, run the games of NetEnt and Microgaming Jackpot slots and no one really knows who you are!

If some one can help me here, for example give me information who are running GrandRio casino and if I can get some money out based on that information, I promise that I give 25% of that money to the person who helped me. They owe me 20 500 euros.

  8. As an AskGamblers Certified Casino, GrandRio is expected to meet and abide to certain requirements and unfortunately, delayed payments and possible licence issues are not part of these. We are already in contact with their management and if they fail to provide adequate answers, we shall have to reconsider their status as an accredited casino.

Sincerely hope to be able to provide more feedback any time soon. Stay tuned.

Some updates of my case... I got 27 hours ago this Skype-message from GrandRio support:

"Thank you for waiting, you will be provided with estimates today in the second half of the day. I will try to help with the fast withdrawal and meet your needs."

But they have not sent me any information. No explanation, or apologies for the delay.

Does AskGambler's Complaint Team know GrandRio's management persons names and contact information? I'm starting to be very desperate here. If you have GrandRio's management contact information, could you send me a private message?

  9. As an AskGamblers Certified Casino, GrandRio is expected to meet and abide to certain requirements and unfortunately, delayed payments and possible licence issues are not part of these. Thank you!

I got information from their skype support.

"Please, don't worry, the winning will be paid. We have informed you on approximate time of the case examination. We value out players and our reputation and you shouldn't worry about the withdrawal."

So let's hope that everything turns out great.

  10. I withdrew 700$ on my first deposit there and got 400$ in the morning and the rest $300 the next day because they had a daily limit of $400 for withdrawals. They looked like a decent casino so I hope you get your winnings. Was it a Jackpot win or regular play win?

It was regular play win. I found this casino here from AskGamblers site's Trusted Casinos list. At first every thing seemed to be fine with this casino. I got my first withdrawal of 400€ to my Skrill account on same day. They managed to process 4 withdrawals. But now everything is stopped. I have contacted Curacao gaming authorities and asked help from there, how should I continue from here. The casino has 6000 euros per month withdrawal limit for VIP players, so withdrawal time of my winnings is more than three months. So I think that casino should have a lot of time to pay me.

  11. This just started to look so bad. I filed complaint. It seems that it will be showed public in few days. The casino is Grand Rio and in this moment  the web site says it is on maintenance! They owe me 21 000 euros! I calculated that I waged about 100 000 euros in Microgaming's Jackpot slot Mega Moolah Isis, so in my opinion Microgaming company is also part of this case.Because part of the money has gone to Microgaming.

  12. Now the casino's online support gave me information that it will take two or more weeks to Microgaming to investigate this. And still they say that casino is not doing the investigation, Microgaming is doing. This casino has Ask Gamblers "certificate of trust", so it is in that list of only 23 casinos, we should trust.. Casino's support email has not answered my emails in days, I only get some information from online chat support. Maybe I should fire complaint...

  13. Win was five days ago. And the problem is this, now when the casino says, that Microgaming, and not the casino where I was playing,  is doing the investigations,  I cannot but any pressure to the casino and ask why this takes so long time. And I don't have any support in Microgaming. I cannot contact them and ask estimates when this investigation is over. I don't really know are they doing any investigations. I only have the casino's word, that Microgaming "has the ball".

So what I really would like to know is, have your winnings ever been investigated by Microgaming and how long this will normally take?

  14. Hi and welcome to the forum.

So...let me get this right. You had a single big win at a casino whilst playing a Microgaming Slot and now Microgaming themselves have informed you they are investigating this big win?

Or...you won big in a Microgaming casino, requested a withdrawal and now they are investigating your win before they can pay you?

The Casino where I played, has told me that Microgaming is investigating. But I cannot confirm that from Microgaming. And this was casino which provides games from different casino providers, Microgaming, Netent....

When I played, I did not do any special tricks. I only played with constant bet. And the win was double of the amount what I had lost on that day to that same game. So I don't think there is anything odd with this win. My only concern is that the casino tries to delay the payment and this is some kind of excuse. They stopped the payments of my old wins also.

  15. Hello!

I think this is my first big win from casino. It was a microgaming slot.

Casino support gave me information that "All the materials are examined by Microgaming" Is this true, is it normal procedure that Microgaming investigates big wins for casinos? Or is this casino strategy to delay the payment? Casino can't tell me how long Microgaming is doing the investigation. And Microgaming does not have support for players. I got email: "As a software supplier we are unable to help with specific gameplay or account-related questions" So I can't even confirm that Microgaming is doing some kind of investigation or ask can they estimate how long this will take.
