Glad to see that the support was being able to help you,  I can see that there was some issue with one part of the Play'n'Go Spins now that NetEnt sadly has decided to pull out of Canada unless you have a specific Canadian License.

 

We are working on adding IGT and NYX now that will be open for the Canadian market - and we are looking into a 4th one.

Might open a thread about it and see what is the most popular one besides the big dragons

As promised -  took some time - since it was over the weekend.  There has been discussions about just Dead or Alive earlier, and there where a few other games such as the NetEnt jackpot games that was not put to live directly either.  But from today  Dead or Alive, Mega Fortune, Arabian Nights, Hall of Gods and Cosmic Fortune from NetEnt is on the site. 

 

Also the 243 and 15 lines Game of Thrones.

As a matter of fact I am using Spinson quite regularly recently and must admit I am having a great time. Although I don't like the classic deposit match offer being replaced by free spins instead, it appears that free spins are working better for me than the deposit match and already had some successful withdrawals, all of them processed really fast.

 

So far I found only one disadvantage of Spinson. You don't have some of my favorite slots, talking about Dead Or Alive and Game Of Thrones. Is there a particular reason for not adding two legendary games to your portfolio?

A good advise/tool that many casino's do offer is to ask for your game history for a specific period. 

 

Normally on the account you as a player can just see the deposit / withdrawal history and some times it feels that the money is your pouring through your fingers like sand on the beach - but then looking at the actual game history you have had hours of play time  and tons of wagering so the payout % on the game is right about where it should be.

 

Then there is of course the bad situation with payout % that is way lower  and payout % that is way higher (winning rounds) the the average for the game.

So if a player deposits like you say £300 and they have 999 free spins how exactly is the wagering worked out?

If a player deposit €300 there is a 5x  wagering on the deposit amount and choose to take one of the deposit free spins offers (no wagering otherwise and no wagering on deposits over €300 either so maximum is €1500)

 

There would be a 300x5 wagering before being able to cash out -  so €1500 in wagering. 

 

You would also be credited with 999 free spins on any of these games Starburst, Neon Staxx, Twin Spin, Gonzo's Quest or Wonky Wabbit.   You can mix up the 999 fre spins among those games.

Any winnings from those free spins would have a wagering of 35x that is separate from the 5x on the deposit amount.

 

So you could deposit 300 play any game when you have reached 1500 in wagering you can cash out all money then start playing with your free spins and if you then win another say €400 that would be seen as a bonus with 35x wagering on it. No maximum winning amount.  When that has been cleared you can cash that out.

 

Or you can deposit 300 -  start playing your with your free spins directly - any winnings from the free spins will be queued up behind the 5x on deposit wagering and added as soon as that wagering has been done.

Just to clarify that the 5x is just if you are taking any of the free spins dep bonus - not on a regular deposit.  We had some players making a €300 dep - cashed out and got the 999 free spins played them cashed out and so on without playing with any real money. So we had to add that one just to prevent that.
