  1. I love this post, I always play roulette on a friday and it seems very successful (most of the time...) haha.

I just read this article on the world's best casinos, including Vegas. I thought it might interest some of you so I'm sharing :)

    http://www.itravelnet.com/travel-blog/the-worlds-most-beautiful-casinos/

That is a good article that you've shared.

And about your experience. So you usually play Roulette on Fridays. The day gives you wins? Have you ever tried on other days too?

  2. Hello Abilene. I can t say about days but I ve noticed hours of the day. When I play during the day nothing happens. From 6 in the morning till 9 Greek time GMT+2 I tend to win the most. maybe is just  circumstancial but its being repeated for a long time

This is something I haven't heard or read anywhere. Good observation though. I must try playing according to this time. You never know a specific time becomes my luck time too.. :)

Thank you .. Wish you many more wins for you..... Cheers !!

  3. Plenty of advantages are there while playing BINGO online. It comes with positive chances winning good prizes/cash prizes, jackpots and much more. Another benefit of playing it online is that there is no need of paying money. It's a great entertainment and fun for free!!!!!! All you need to do is find the best bingo sites and get started. It gives an opportunity to be in online touch with other players too by giving such a feeling as if you are playing in the land based bingo games.

  4. I am sure this sound strange but I actually read an article a few months back. I was trying to search the same article for reference but couldn't find it.

It said that there are certain days of the week that are lucky for the gamblers while playing. Apparently the research showed that certain days were better for Poker players, some days for BlackJack players, etc.

My lucky days come by fluke although :p but have you ever noticed a pattern with your winnings based on which day of the week it is?

  5. Hey there Abilene. Thanks for taking the time to write that, assuming you did. However, I do wonder just how much the "practice makes perfect" mantra can be applied to roulette? :) Personally I'd say practice makes bankrupt in this particular case :)

Also, "Check Previous Rounds" ??? That's the gamblers fallacy right there. The outcome of any particular round is completely independent of previous results and previous rounds have no bearing on the likely outcome of future spins. I feel compelled to point this out for anybody reading this who might not have worked out this crucial fact of gambling!

Hey hi Raverbabe! For me Roulette is a fun game and ya many gamblers end up losing. But I guarantee if you use the right tips and tricks you can win the game. There are certain strategies and tricks you can use to maximize profits and minimize losses. :)

Are you talking about trouble in the chat box, or actually around the table in the casino?

When it comes to the chat box the best thing to do is usually to ignore. I quite often get abuse from guys who get p*ssed at being beaten by a girl lol, you would have thought such masculinity issues would be dead in 2016 but it seems not ;)

And then in the casino ... that can be trickier. It's important not to let anybody get under your skin as you might start giving tells without realising which could be disastrous particularly if you are playing in a tournament. If anybody gets really inappropriate you're quite within your rights to get security involved to give them a warning, but I would only consider doing that usually if the person was causing trouble for the whole table, or at least somebody other than just me. I find that just keeping your cool and focusing all out on removing the annoying player from the game by taking their stack as soon as possible to work well ;)

Yes you are right we should keep our cool and try to avoid such situations. Do you know after spending an embarrassing amount of loss in poker, I've witnessed a bad experience. Don't be like me. Don't ever get in any conflict in a casino. Just be cool and calm, its just a game. :)

  7. I disagree that casino detects your strategies. Their are thousands of players that are playing at an online casino and not all of them use the same strategies over and over again. What an online casino detects is the amount of winnings you made. Every winnings are even recorded for their own use.

Well this all makes sense. If people are winning every time casinos will be with 0 balance.

  8. #Tips on How to Win at Roulette
    1. Roulette Basics

Understanding the prerequisites of the game is very crucial. As such, take time to learn the basics of the game and put more emphasis on the different payouts. For instance, the odds in a roulette game differ depending on the type of bet you place. placing your bet on the red, black, odd and even spots pays 1:1 while placing your money on one number pays 35:1. There are other bets and odds that you should understand before playing.
    2. Practice makes perfect

True to this mantra, playing a couple of games before proceeding to the main thing will help you accrue experience and develop confidence. If you are a novice, you would like to practice your skills online and get familiar with the roulette table before playing in live casino. Once you’re confident in your skills and abilities, you can proceed to playing with real money in the casino.
    3. Play the European Roulette

When playing roulette, you can choose between the European wheel and the American wheel. Always pick the European wheel as it has one zero unlike the American one which has two zeros. The double zeros on American table elevate the profit margins for the casinos and increase your chances of losing.
    4. Check Previous Rounds

Before you play, check the previous sessions. Previous roulette sessions can help you to predict future sessions. For instance, if the previous rounds show that a series of about 10 blacks were spun, you should bet on the black spots. In addition to that, play the game when it’s free and bet on outside chances. Though returns are slim here, they will be of great help in the long run.
    5. Design your Game Plan

It’s important to budget on how much you’ll use to play with and set aside the rest of the money. Again, make sure that you bet an amount that you can afford to lose. Equally important, reserve your wins; resist the temptation of playing with the money you just won. Instead, play with the original amount.

Playing roulette requires concentration. Therefore, choose a comfortable seat and avoid drinking too much alcohol as it may impair your judgment. Stay dedicated to your roulette strategy, use the aforementioned tips and you’ll definitely become a successful player.

  9. Roulette, like all gambling games, is all about odds. To get the most out of your roulette play it is critical to know how often you can expect to win and how much of an advantage you need to overcome.

At the most basic level, we talk about roulette odds in terms of the house edge – the advantage the casino holds over the player. In American roulette the house edge on virtually all bets is 5.26% (or 2/38), while in European roulette, the edge for the casino is 2.70% (1/37). Essentially, you can figure out the edge by dividing the number of zeroes on the wheel by the total number of pockets. That is true at least for standard roulette games that pay out at odds that would be fair if the wheel only contained the 36 numbers without zeroes.

  10. As for me, sometimes I check casino blogs.. if casino is trusted, reputable and relatively old it usually has good blocks where people passionate for gambling can learn some new things and in general become more hacked in the industry issues.. Newbies can make use from table games tutorials.. poker players can get info about worldwide events, learn about latest promotions etc.. maybe some blog posts are boring, but in general there is always something to read there

I totally agree with you. I also prefer going to the old casino because the trust factor is more there. Every time I go I learn something new by seeing the experienced players playing their game. And yes I have read some of the blogs from time to time in the past. But I wouldn't say it was read religiously.

  11. Not soon, but yes as my cousins are there staying in Stratford so will plan to visit there in next few months. I've heard a lot about London Betting Parlors and quite fascinated towards them. I'll surely go there and try my luck during my next visit.

  12. I have days when I feel lucky and I'm more adventurous in those times and I manage to have small victories. I also realized that if I push myself when I keep on losing, things will only get worse. Occasionally, I have a really BAD day, I play something easy and I win - that is the best winning scenario for me

Hey!! Winning and losing is part of gambling. I’ve already spent a huge amount on this machine and have won very few times. So once you’re up a bit, it might be a good time to leave the game and enjoy the ambiance.

  13. I don't really follow their blogs religiously, but sometimes I do since I have heard that the content holds some really amazing tricks and tips to how to play the game. By the way its a healthy exercise for those who want themselves to keep updated with what is happening in the gambling world.
