Hello everyone I was hoping for a bit of advice. I have been playing on Cosmik Casino over the last few weeks and I made a few deposits but denied the bonuses because I prefer just playing with my own money. I only joined the casino because of reviews and they were listed on a top 10 online casino list so decided to give them a try. Anyway after a while I decided to make a withdrawal of 340euro after depositing around 200euro. After waiting 8 days for my withdrawal to be approved it was rejected because of irregular play. It read: "In line with our Terms and Conditions regarding irregular play, we have declined your withdrawal request and cancelled your winnings. These Terms and Conditions are available on our site. https://www.cosmikcasino.com/general-terms-conditions Your last deposit has been credited to your account balance. Should you have any questions please reply to this email. Kind Regards, Verification Team CosmikCasino" So they haven't returned my 340euro they have returned 35euro which was my last deposit. I don't know how they have accused me of irregular play as I was just playing the same games but mainly live blackjack that had a 10euro minimum stake on. So they have just stolen my money and have only returned 35euro, what action should I take? Thanks.
