Just to update, I got a email saying a refund of £200 has been issued today. I like a lot of others on here had heard nothing for nearly 2 weeks after sending my details so I guess just be patient and they will get round to you!

Has anyone actually been refunded do we know?

Hi I received this very same email around the same time yesterday. I gambled quite a lot and had quite a few accounts but I don't know which casino this is for! Can you let me know if you get a response from them please?

After withdrawing some money I was asked for id which I provided. After this I searched winner casino and found this website, alongside some horror stories! They are unconventional I admit in their withdrawal procedures. But my question is as I never, not once used their bonus scheme, will my withdrawal go through with no problems? I am already worried!
