    ValDes, our highly appreciated living gambling encyclopedia once again is right indeed. I know there are roulettebots, even rouletteklickers (placing large complex bets with 1 click), so I am not that suprised that slots bots also were developed. Anyway, I don't think bots can cause a loss for a casino. The casino's edge remains to exist, also with automated gameplay.

    What you have said is also true for most, if not all, casino groups. Each individual casino has small subtle differences in the way the software runs, to suit different priorities and operational needs I guess. Roulette for one, is vulnerable to automatic play by Bots software, so would need regular close scrutiny by the casino's management in preventing and avoiding continuous heavy losses. As far as I know, there aren't any Bots software yet for the other games, so I can play my slot games anytime with peace of mind!

    5Dimes is being REALLY great to deal with! I wasnt sure what to expect given the amount and the fact that I am a US resident. But they explained it all and was really REALLY great! I am waiting on my first Western Union and MoneyGram (no where near my total wins but the fact that I wasnt booted out for some made up reason made me just wanna give credit when I feel like it is due! And 5dimes never questioned me or treated me badly.  I promise to keep this updated ESPECIALLY as far as rather or not my first withdraws (only 1500 total) go as promised tomorrow.  cross your fingers for me!!

    If you ever encounter similar or even close to these conditions, I will afford myself to give you only one advice – run from such a casino and never come back, because the troubles will not late!

    Fees
    To be completely honest and frank, I think that burdening players with any kind and type of fees is quite unfair to some extent! In one way or another, our banks do collect tribute from each transaction, electronic wallets too, but when I have to pay a fee for the casino seems a bit much. Anyway, thoughts of an ordinary gambler do not matter from what I’ve seen so far!     But the worst I’ve seen so far was back in 2009, when GoCasino was still alive. I was charged for а $1700 bank wire transfer exactly $87.50!!! No comment!

    Withdrawals timeframe
    The theme of the time, necessary for each casino to complete the process of cashing out, and with which it is formally bound by its own terms and conditions is extremely beneficial for doing some reflection, as well as a space for violent verbal debates and at least a ten thousand page soap opera script, that every major gambling forum could supply without any problems!     Verification process
    The process of proving and confirming your identity in front of the casino security department is undoubtedly of great importance for both sides. Unfortunately, many of the players, especially those with less experience, quite often afford themselves to underestimate this matter and consequently have enormous difficulties!     “…In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.…”
    “…In the case of a dispute, where the casino has reviewed the evidence and made a decision, the decisions of the casino are final…” and so on, and so on!

    First I would like to assure you that no matter how much weight the casino is attaching to those pompous verbal misunderstandings, actually they do not mean anything in terms of the law! Neither you, nor the casino has the right to be both a party and a judge in the case of a conflict between you! So, very sorry but the final decisions of the casino are not final at all! Actually, they are often just the beginning of a long battle, in which the player is supposed to prove he is right. Those, who have the right to judge, who is right and who is not in a conflict and whose decisions are binding on both parties, are only the organizations relevant for giving a casino a license and/or are involved in its regulation!
    Second, in terms of the law, these terms and conditions are almost on the verge of the law, not to say something else, because it is obvious they put one of the sides in a very dominant role! Not to mention that if indeed the last word of the casino was final, it would not exist so many organizations and gambling portals, engaged in mediation in conflict resolution between players and casinos!

    Thirdly, I find it very degrading to the players, putting such clauses in any circumstances! However, the relationships between a casino and its customers are supposed to be just a simple example of business relationships, not a medieval serfdom! And I think it is time this mockery with the players to be stopped!     Restrictions - already mentined in another thread that your issue has ben addressed to out tech team. Basically it is an anti-spam and antibot precaution measures which are applied randomly.
     
    Uploading pictures - you can use our basic uploader (use the More Reply Options button when posting) to upload pictures. I have changed the forum settings a couple of months ago so it wouldn't be a problem to see them in a bigger size once uploaded.
     
    Pics size - it would be fixed in the next forum update, which is planned for the beginning of 2014...
     
    Hope this clarifies your questions. Let me know if you have other problems....just as you did so far by sending me bunch of PMs!

    I'm not quite sure why there is a 7 days restriction, must be one of those spam prevents! We have been faced with bot users (non human), so probably it helped get rid of them and that kind of spamming!
    Strange thing is that you managed to open a new thread in the beginning and then had issues with posts! 
     
    Images can be attached, but then they are shown smaller and down in the post, but when you click on it, they show in uploaded size!
    We're usually using some image uploader and just post it's link.. usually it's imageshack.com 
     
    All the forums are some kind of script, that allows you some changes, improvements and upgrades, but something is not predicted to be changed!
    I'll see if we can do something about those protruded images
