Betfair re open the account, there are still some technical issues, but I guess I will sort it with the support. It looks all is ok now

I went today thru this link to try Betfair. Not only they didn't credit the 200% bonus, but I managed to receive the regular highroller bonus won 34,000 EUR and got my account locked right after I won in slots. They asked me for documents , I sent my Passport and my ID but they insist to keep my account closed for investigation. Before I won all was ok, at the minute I won the 34K my account got locked immediately and now they say my account is under investigation
