Fighting with the casino spam mails is a mission impossible if you ask me. So, my suggestion is to check for the name of each online casino, you get an email invitation for, before registering. Actually, I think AskGamblers.com is quite a good start for such a research...

I must admit your logic is rock solid! But... There is one big BUT. What one should do before he realize his problem and who is supposed to help him sense the issue as early as possible?! Are the online casinos capable of recognizing the next addicted gambler just by following his deposit and withdrawal pattern?

I say no, unfortunately, gambling, drinking, smoking, and drugs are all choices that people make. When one realizes that they have a problem, they can go for help, there are organization run mostly by people that used to have these problems and know how to help others. You cannot hold the casinos accountable for choices.
