  1. Dear stephanie, We had sent that cheque via regular mail so we are unable to trace current status. I would suggest you to wait for 21 days(I think today is day 21 since we had released the cheque) as it can take that amount of time to be received. However, these cheques can also get lost in the post which is what I suspect has happened here. I have put an urgent stop on the cheque and will re-issue via courier so that it will be traceable (obviously at no cost to the customer). Courier cheques take 5 to 7 business days therefore you will receive this by mid next week. You may communicate this to our customer support team and I will arrange for CS to contact you on this end as well. Apologies for the trouble this has caused. Thanks and Regards, Devjeet
