  1. We were working hard on the new search functionality that suggest results as you type.

     

    This new functionality is available on the AskGamblers portal, and not on the forum yet.

     

    How it works:

     

    Start typing anything (casino name, game, software...) and the system will suggest results sorted by search query relevance grouped into 5 groups (casinos, games, bonuses, complaints, articles...), so if you type "trop", system will suggest you Casino Tropez and Tropezia Palace and all related bonuses, games, complaint and articles where they are mentioned. As well, beside those two casinos, system will offer Casino Bellini as the latest result, because it belongs to the same group as Casino Topez. So it might be useful for you too.

  2. We received recently a few complaints by some of our members that they cannot login onto Class 1 Casino software, and today we got the official statement by the casino representative:

     

    "We regret to inform you that Class 1 Casino has temporarily stopped accepting deposits and bets from all players, coming into action on October 11th, 2011.

    This is a result of unilateral action of Playtech without any prior notice and at the same time grave breach of the contract from the side of Playtech. Throughout this action, Playtech has decided to shut down gaming servers and prevent all gaming activities in Class 1 Casino.

     

    Class 1 Casino management has put a great amount of effort in resolving the matter by agreeing, but unfortunately with no success. This has taken longer than primarily expected, therefore we are informing you about this unenviable situation only now.

     

    We are still taking legal actions in order to restore the gaming activities back to normal.

    We understand your frustration on limited amount of information given throughout the past week from our side, but we wanted to make 100% sure that we have tried everything before alarming players and affiliates.

     

    Further to the closure, we have already settled all obligations towards our affiliates for the past month and we guarantee you that all obligations for the current month will be fulfilled completely. We are also in the process of handling players who, by the time of the closure, had positive balance on their casino account.

     

    We would like to apologize for any inconveniences and we are kindly asking you for your understanding. We sincerely hope that we will be able to cooperate again in the future and thank you for all your support in the past years.

  5. First, I'm glad that you resolved a problem and got your bonus.

     

    I see that we didn't put the proper link under the bonus. It tracks your registration, and I'm still confused why they couldn't locate your account, but the proper link for only this bonus should be this.

  6. ASKDLAOC, please PM me your username and email used on this casino or send it to our support email so casino can locate your account and identify the problem.

     

    They state that there should not be a problem to get the bonus code, it's still valid, but if you arrived from different affiliate ID (meaning, that you didn't sign up at Slots Jungle Casino thought AskGamblers link), you will not be eligible to use our exclusive bonus code.
