I believe this is not the problem here, guys. The issue is that usually the casinos do not offer Paysafe card as a withdrawal option and the player has to choose some other method to cash out. But the casino on the other hand, would do the necessary and wait for a few days for the deposit, made by Paysafe card to become impossible for a charge back and then would pay.

I still can't figure out in 100% what you are actually talkng about, but probably the problem is that the casino support might be concerned of a potential charge back. And they need to be sure that your deposit would clear and won't be possible to be charged back after a certain amount of time. So better do not worry yet, give the casino a few more days and I am sure the money will hit your Neteller account soon.

I know...it's stupid. Loads of the similiar casinos are the same. Hopefully this will change in the future, and hopefully if it does the Playtech slots won't have the same high wagering as they currently have
