Hello John,
I am sorry your payout was delayed. It would be inappropriate of me to give specifics on your situation. It is important to note that it is not always possible to withdrawal on the same methods you used to deposit. I can give you an example of some cases where this is the case. Also, you can refer to the following page on which methods are available for each withdrawing and depositing.

Here are some cases where you can not withdraw your funds to. Please keep in mind that this is globally, and not specific to our cashier's ability. This applies to all casinos that correctly identify "gaming related" transactions.
MasterCard: As far as I understand, MasterCard has never let players withdraw funds totheir accounts. Typically players who deposit via MasterCard withdraw to their Skrill or Neteller accounts.
VISA. Some credit card banks allow it, and others do not. A little more than half the timewe are able to withdraw funds to VISA cards accounts. It really depends on your bank. This usually takes 3-5 business days for them to credit the players accounts. Our cashier processes it within 24 hours, but your bank takes more time to have your funds accessible to your account. We
certainly wish they would be faster. A lot of times players think it's our cashiers that are taking so long when it's the bank.
PaySafeCard. Good to deposit, but not possible to have funds sent in to your PaySafeCard. This is also frustrating.
MoneyBookers (Skrill). They no longer allow players from France to deposit or withdrawal. This is beyond our control and is universal.
Some players who reside in countries where there has been a staggering increase in fraud require a confirmation that their identity has been confirmed.
Again, I apologize for the delay in sending your withdrawal. If there is anything I can assist you with in the
future please feel free to email me at adrian@celticcasino.com.
