A win? I wouldn't say that... Did I play back a fortune instead? Oh, yes, definitely.... Couple of times! Just like anyone else here I guess...

You're like the Viktor Blom of slots gaming! I'm a bit of a Larry Lightweight when it comes to betting on slots. I start off betting small and trying to snatch the wins here and there but if I win anything I get more cavalier. I also get more adventurous when my boredom kicks in. That's why playing boring slots is more dangerous for me. If they're not naturally fun I look to make them fun! Hahaha. You're just unhinged though mate!

I love gambling. I've worked in the industry, I know the odds. Yet gambling for me is such a rush! I LOVE IT!
I'm always prepared to kiss goodbye any deposit I make to a gaming site.
I deposit between $20 to $50 at a time (tho I sometimes might make several of these in a day), but only very rarely withdraw any sum under $1,000. Needless to say I don't make very many withdrawals
I'm usually fine with this as like I said, I LOVE PUNTING!

It's only at times like around Christmas when money usually gets a bit tight that I might give my level of gambling any real serious thought.
And my conlusions are usually the same each time. I AM TOTALLY INSANE!

Take what I did last week for example as proof of this.
I deposited $50 at Red Flush casino, which is not a casino that I usually play at.
By the next day, I had turned that $50 into $13,000.
The following day, I thought I might just keep playing but would stop if my bankroll dropped back to $10,000. It didn't. By the end of the day, I had turned my bankroll into $30,000!
Ok, here come's the insane part...........can you guess what comes next???
24hrs later, my bankroll was zero.

I then cashed in my rewards points I had accumulated during this time and received about $1,200 that of course I proceeded to punt and lose.

The proof that I'm insane when gambling is concerned is that this wasn't a one off.
About 3 yrs ago I did almost the exact same thing at Party Casino, tho it had a slightly better outcome.
That time I turned $50 into $24,000 (about) but I did manage to make a withdrawal of around $1,000.

Now I ask, Is there anyone else that's as insane as me?

I can definitely relate to that. Feels good playing table games in a brick & mortar casino. I haven't made a visit to one in almost 2 years now, while I used to be a regular going in almost weekly playing table games mostly including texas hold'em. Online play pretty much has taken over regarding my gambling.

The barrier to play online is so much smaller. I can just deposit a small amount and see where I end without having to put on some fancy clothing to look decent haha. I never feel comfortable going into a Brick & Mortar casino with just a couple hundred euros on me. Would have to take at least 500 euros to play and even then I could be standing outside within 30 minutes as minimum blackjack bets are 10/20 euros and roulette at 1-2 euros for each chip.

But I got to admit I miss the feeling. Should definitely head back some day

Ummm, I hope this doesn't mess up the poll, but I voted for 3 different games as I play them all. Baccarat, Roulette and BJ.

But I only play table games in land based casinos, while slots and poker is always online.

Playing table games without a couple of stacks of chips in front of me with a couple of chips in my hands to fiddle around with in between bets, just doesn't feel right

    Whoohoo!!!!!

Seriously tho, it's obvious that making one big win to help improve my life isn't the thing driving me. Maybe other things in my life need to be sorted through that maybe the real catalysts for my insanity while punting.

    Thanks for the comments guys

Many online casinos still give themselves another lifeline to make the player lose what they've won by putting funds into a "pending" state after you request a withdrawal. This pending state differs from 24 hours to 96 hours mostly. During this pending time players have the possibility to reverse a withdrawal.

Some casinos offer the possibility to flush a withdrawal. This means the online casino in question will not await the pending time but actually forward the withdrawal to the payment department right away after the flushing request. During this time you can't reverse your withdrawal and usually it means you get your money quicker.

I thought casino confiscated your winnings or something.

I think that you're blessed and cursed at the same time. Blessed to make small deposit into treasure and cursed to spend it (on slots!!) easily.
Also, maybe you don't care about money and material things or your passion for slots is insane

Well, think on the bright side...You actually just lost $50 of your own money. If those high amounts were your own money then you are totally loonatic. In my earlier post I said I won 50.000 euro with just 5 euro that they offered me. When I found out that 50 euro was the max cash out I was frustrated but then again it didn't cost me a penny so I actually didn't lost anything...well only my temper for a while but I'm totally over  it now.
It was my own fault, I should read the TnC first so I am the only one to blame silly me!

But let this be a lesson for you, don't chase the million because you won't get it because it happend almost never.

I wanted to say something like this, if you like to play games it is good to keep your bankroll alive by saving part of your winnings, because losing possibility is a real fact involved in gambling. If you started with $50 and $30.000 wasn´t enough winnings, maybe you were looking for satisfying another need different to money.

Hitting a jackpot is totally different than playing through a big amount! When there is a Jackpot win, players usually withdraw 95% of that amount and maybe leave a small percentage to play with. But when you play through it always seems that it can go higher!

    Holy mamacita!!!

I wish I can turn my $50 deposit into $30,000! Heck, I'll be damn happy if I can even make it to $5,000!
If I had won a medium-sized jackpot, say $25,000 for example, the FIRST thing I would do is make a withdrawal of most of it and leave behind a balance of say $1000 to carry on playing. At least I would have saved up $24,000 for my future use...and I would surely enjoy playing with that $1000...knowing well that I have a huge amount already saved up and on the way. I have done this on a few occasions with small amounts of $1000 - $3,200...so bigger amounts would definitely push me to quickly withdraw it first before continuing playing!

    So...what do I think of your behaviour? 1 word...MADNESS! Ooops...better make that 2 words...TOTAL MADNESS!!!

Yes, you love punting and gambling. You're not alone! You're NEVER alone! But to waste away so much money without even thinking of saving it up first is TOTAL MADNESS! To me at least, hahahaha.

But there you go...no 2 punters are alike...and no 2 humans would behave exactly alike...not even identical twins! Makes the world go round...and makes the casinos even richer! Muahahahaha.
