So I started my withdrawal process on Saturday August 22nd. I realize the weekend so I guess Monday. Still haven't gotten anything and Everytime I contact support they just say the same thing, "it's been sent to escalation just wait 24-48 hours" and dismiss me.
I've asked can they tell me what the issue is so we can resolve it, they say my account seems verified and good to go. Just wait. I've contacted them 3 times now and get nowhere.
The time I tried to withdrawal before this after a month of the same issue and have to and got then to just reverse it in frustration and ended up just spinning it away. Before that tho I had no issues.
What is there to do but keep waiting and have faith?
After I maybe get this withdrawal I don't thinkb I'll use then again as other sites have better promos and instant withdrawals I don't know why they don't get on par with them.
