  1. Submitted complaint to Askgamblers - No response from BK8 Reopened complaint - Still no response. Looked for them via customer support again and was told they will not be crediting it as their bank is frozen,
  2. You are overthinking it. Regarding money deposited, it's my own money. Friends are friends. We bet sports, discuss sports in chat group, basketball and soccer. We play mainly on Bk8 plaform, already for a long time. Most of us lost tens of thosuands in this platform, we just treat it as entertainment. I told my friends in the chat group about my deposit incident to warn them money can be eaten anytime, and of course seeing what happen to me, they feel uneasy to continue playing on this platform as well. We then consider to play on other platform instead. Nothing complicated. What happened was just I deposited the money just before their bank account got frozen, The type whereby, login, saw the deposit bank account, made a deposit. Made a refresh and the bank account disappear. Contact customer service, and they say it because of their bank account frozen, ask me wait for update, that can range from minutes to months. Then I made a complant via this channel as there is no end in sight. Today they admit the bank is not active anymore and deposit cannot be processed. Now that this happened. They eat the $850, just $850, small money. If I were them I would just credit it, since most of the time, people just lose it over time if continue to play. What I look for is just a seeming fair environment. Anyway, by not crediting it, they lose long term business from us. Hope it's a warning to everyone. Even depositing in small amount isn't safe on this platform
  3. BK8 just responded to me via the customer service. Hi, sir. After the investigation done by our related team, as the bank is no longer active, the deposit is unable to process. Thank you for understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience that it caused. Means that the money deposited will not be deposited at all. The money got eaten I paid $850 sucessfully- money left my bank, they got it. They admit their bank is inactive/closed/blocked They are keeping my money and refuse to credit. Their bank got problem, they keep my money. That's theft/pure fraud.
  4. I recently lodged a complaint against BK8. Deposited $850 and not credited. As can be seen from past history, except for its first complaint, all the subsequent compaints were totally ignored. I see no point in complaining. BK8 see the complaint channel as nothing more than an empty formality with no real impact, essentially meaningless I then wrote a negative review and submited. It is no wonder BK8 is able to ignore all complaints and left it unresolved. Negative review is not accepted as it is viewed as a complaint, while positive reviews are published. It will just cause people to dive into the scam, I might have understood if askgamblers had ask me to refine the use of word, but it direct me to use the complaint section which I already did and they ignored. This is going round in circles and really seems that scammers can do as they please,
