  1. I would like to share my experience with HiddenJack Casino because I believe players should be aware of what happened to me. I had been playing at HiddenJack for some time and my account was fully verified. During this period, the casino successfully processed multiple withdrawals for me (5 withdrawals), including larger amounts around €3,900. There were never any issues with my account, verification, or gameplay. I mainly played live casino games, specifically online roulette. Recently, I accumulated a balance of approximately €14,000. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the problems started. For about one week, my withdrawals remained pending. I had two withdrawal requests active, both of which were eventually cancelled by the casino. Shortly after this, my account was suddenly closed without warning. The only explanation I received was that the closure was based on their “internal policies” and Terms & Conditions. However, despite repeated requests, HiddenJack has completely refused to provide: - any specific reason for the closure, - any evidence of wrongdoing, - or any reference to an exact Terms & Conditions violation. Most concerning to me is the fact that my account had already been verified and approved for withdrawals multiple times in the past. The issues only started once my balance became significantly larger. The casino is currently withholding approximately €14,000 from my account. I have submitted all communication, screenshots of cancelled withdrawals, and supporting evidence to independent complaint platforms and financial institutions for review. I hope this post helps warn other players and also encourages HiddenJack to finally provide transparency and resolve this matter fairly.
  2. I am filing this complaint against Hiddenjack Casino regarding an unjustified account closure and the withholding of my winnings totaling €14,000. I have been a loyal player at this casino for several months. During this period, I have successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process and have previously received 5 successful withdrawals to my bank account. This proves that my account was fully verified and in good standing. Recently, I won a significant amount playing Roulette (fair play, no bonuses involved). My current balance stands at €14,000. However, when I attempted to access my account to initiate a withdrawal, I discovered that my account has been closed without any prior notice or explanation. I have contacted customer support via email, but I have not received a substantive response as to why my account was terminated and what will happen to my funds. Since I have strictly followed all Terms and Conditions and have played without any active bonuses, there is no legitimate reason to withhold my balance. I request Hiddenjack Casino to: Provide a clear reason for the account closure. Reopen my account or manually process the withdrawal of my €14,000 balance to my verified payment method.
