Yes! Stake is a scam. A few months ago, my account had $26,518,889, but it was inexplicably frozen. They asked me to complete KYC verification, which I did successfully. I submitted the second step (identity verification), which also passed. The third step (proof of address) required proof of address. They claimed they would reply within 24 hours, but 24 hours passed and I heard nothing. Then, they sent me a verification link, asking me to upload documents and undergo a liveness detection. However, their verification system seemed to be malfunctioning, preventing me from uploading documents. I contacted their online customer service for help, and they said they would notify the compliance team. Then, without any further action, they simply closed my account without notifying me. I had to find the email address on their website to inquire about the situation myself. The reply stated that I had violated the company's terms of use, but they didn't specify which terms I had violated. In short, they said my account was closed and my funds would not be refunded! This is a genuine scam. I have submitted a complaint to Askgamblers and am awaiting review. I hope we can both recover our legitimate gains!
Dear Administrator: Why does my email address,
[email protected], show that I cannot send messages on the website? Can I use another email address to send messages?
