I’ve been a loyal Pinnacle client almost since their inception, maintaining a consistent betting volume of over $100,000 per month ($1.6M+ annually). I am writing this to share a concerning experience regarding a bonus dispute.
The Issue: Despite my long-standing history and high turnover with the platform, Pinnacle has refused to credit/pay out a bonus I was eligible for.
Key Details:
Account Status: Active for years, high-volume VIP-tier turnover.
The Conflict: "Completed the rollover but bonus was voided" або "Denied due to technicality"
Support Response: I have contacted support multiple times, but the resolution has been unsatisfactory/denied without a clear breach of terms on my part.
I’m sharing this not to vent, but to warn other high-volume bettors that even a $1.6M/year turnover doesn't guarantee fair treatment when it comes to promotional terms at Pinnacle.
