Hi there,
I'm reaching out because I need some help from Pragmatic Play regarding an issue with one of your partner casinos — Coins.Game.
I played PP Live Blackjack on their site, including sessions at private tables. I'll attach screenshots with some game IDs for reference.
The problem is, Coins.Game is now claiming that because I used the lobby feature to switch between tables during my sessions, I violated their rules. Based on this, they deleted my account and seized my entire balance of CA$222,000 — which includes my personal deposits and winnings from other PP games like Sugar Rush 1000 (I hit a max win on that one).https://www.cnpmciozgh.net/QuXHVi9Zmd
Switching tables through the lobby is a standard feature available to all players, so I'm confused how using it could be considered a rule violation.
I'm hoping Pragmatic Play can clarify whether this is a legitimate use of the feature, and if there's anything you can do to help resolve this situation.
Thank you.
