      I requested self-exclusion on 8th February 2026, but despite this, I was still able to continue playing on 17th February 2026, losing approximately £300. I have screenshots and emails proving my self-exclusion request was submitted before these losses. This is a serious breach of responsible gambling standards. Additionally, the casino’s license is unclear, providing little protection for players. I hope this warning will help other players avoid similar losses.
