It's quite complicated to answer. Even in this, Deloro fails in their terms and conditions; each language has different conditions. They say you can withdraw 10,000 euros, and that's a lie; this was a point I mentioned several times on Gurucasino.

You don't know me, but this money would have changed my life. I exhausted all alternatives, I even had meetings with the arbitrator against Mifinity, I had to hire a translator. I'm very tired, that's a fact! But I'll leave with a clear conscience knowing I did everything I could. And I still don't understand why AskGamblers and GuruCasinos won't open the complaint, since they have a history of good problem resolution.

Good morning, I just wanted to let you know that I've already written the review. However, I want to reiterate that you are a forum that many people visit and should very carefully review this casino. There's the Casinomeister case, which is very serious. There's my case. I even want to say that I did everything to recover that money that was going to change my life. I was in constant contact with a supposed casino employee, who I'm 90% sure is the owner, named J..........., who gave me hope, until yesterday when he basically offered me a miserable sum of €5000 to reach an agreement.... During this time I've been talking to the person, he said he would help me, that he would talk to the owner (which is him, LOL) and see what he could do, and asked me what he would gain from it, to which I said if he recovers 50,000 I'll give him 10,000. And as I said, I would do anything to recover the money. Let me just update you, after this latest evidence that I found thanks to a user here asking for these screenshots, I filed a formal complaint with: MFSA EVOLUTION GAMING ANJOAN MAG These complaints I made include my entire history, but due to the fact that people don't seem to care, I focus on the entities that collaborate with Delorocasino. MIFFINITY EVOLUTION GAMING There's an old Portuguese saying that goes like this: "He who steals is as much a thief as he who helps to steal." I requested the reopening of my complaint on GuruCasinos, as I have filed several complaints against them on TrustPilot. They said they can't resolve cybercrimes, but the issue here is that this is more than just a cybercrime.
