If you read their dodgy terms, it says that you just need to report something strange happening with your account for them to block it, and they didn't do that. Mifinity is collaborating with this casino and possibly involved in money laundering, which is serious!

  10. One thing I can say: I've been in this fight since August 28, 2025. I've done more than many people. If everyone stays silent, there will be no consequences for them. I want to explain something that happened recently; I won't disclose names as a precaution. Deloro Casino stopped responding to any of my emails on September 3, 2025. All these months have passed, and luckily I managed to find something linking someone to Deloro. I contacted this person on LinkedIn and started posting messages on a company that is opening, and a few hours later I received a response from Deloro after 6 months. Coincidence? I don't think so. And I will include this information in all the complaints I file, because if someone is truly responsible, they will have to be brought to justice, and since I'm not in Curaçao, things are different.

  16. More than DeLoro, the very review companies they mention on the site, like AskGlamers, Mifinity are also problematic.
  17. In summary: On August 27th and 28th, 2025, I won €52,000. Since I could only withdraw €5,000 per day, I made my last withdrawal on the 28th at 1 AM. On the 28th, at approximately 6 AM, I tried to access my account but couldn't, as it said the password was incorrect. I immediately contacted the casino's chat, and they said everything was fine and to recover my password. I found this very strange because everything was working perfectly at 1 AM. So, I proceeded with the password recovery, received the code in my email, entered it, filled in the requested information with the new password, and when I tried to log in, it said I was blocked for a few minutes due to incorrect attempts. After about 10/20 minutes, I finally managed to access my account, but the balance was 0. I checked my game history and saw that while I was requesting password recovery, games were being played on my account! This is what happened. I tried to resolve it with the casino, and they stopped responding until a few days ago when I confronted someone on LinkedIn associated with Deloro. I have proof of what I'm saying, PDFs about the license. At the time of my fraud, the license was expired or fake; I found malware on their page using ESET antivirus. All of this can be verified. The MFSA has already emailed me, and I will send all possible information, as Mifinity was providing services to an illegal casino and possibly involved in money laundering.

  19. I have several pieces of evidence. I suffered an attack from this casino in August 2025 where they themselves accessed my account and simulated games as if I were playing. On that same date, the site contained malware and an expired license. To this day, I have done everything in my power to try to hold this casino and those who work with it responsible for what happened to me: I filed a complaint with Mifinity. I filed a complaint with Malta because Mifinity is working with a fraudulent casino using malware and a fake or expired license. I recently filed: A complaint with the MFSA. A complaint with Anjoan. A complaint with Cloudflare. A complaint with the domain hosting provider. The casino has stopped responding to any of my emails, and the chat support blocks me when they see it's me. I would like a representative to speak with me... This casino must be held accountable. I found complaints of cases identical to mine on GuruCasinos and CasinoMeister.
  20. I am writing to ask the representative of DeloroCasino to respond here, as they are not replying to the emails I send to the support address. I have proof that when I was scammed at your casino, you had a fake or expired license and malware on your own website.
