I am currently having issues with a withdrawal for €400. I withdrew it over a week ago and it’s been ‘under review’ since then. I’ve been promised I’d get it this week then it was just ‘very soon, close to the top of the pile, it has been marked as urgent, it has been escalated’ then days later nothing has happened. They refuse to give me a timeline and say it is due to a high amount of withdrawals. I truly feel like I’m being fobbed off and they don’t want to give me the money. This has had a huge impact on me financially as I was expecting the funds. I’m at a loss as to what to do and feel hopeless. I’m so down about it.
