My account was disabled a little over 2 days ago now after I attempted a withdraw of 900. I have not been given any reason for this; I have made a successful withdraw in the past for about the same amount with no issue. When I contacted customer service, I was told to wait 24-48 hours and I will be contacted via email with further details and have not heard back yet. I did try to contact support again today and was told that my account is still under investigation and they will email me when it is concluded, I also asked if there was anything needed from me or that I could do to speed up the process and was just told to wait. I have between $3000-4000 on the account and would like to be able to regain access as quickly as possible.
