  1. Thank you for your input, but I respectfully disagree with this interpretation, especially since JustSpin operates under a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) license and is therefore bound by MGA’s strict regulatory standards regarding fair play and transparency. Firstly, MGA requires licensed operators to provide clear, unambiguous bonus terms and conditions. Nowhere in JustSpin’s published bonus terms or general Terms & Conditions does it state that a player must withdraw winnings up to the bonus cap before continuing to play with their real money balance. Such a rule would be highly unusual and would need to be explicitly communicated to the player before accepting the bonus. Secondly, the terms clearly distinguish between bonus money and real money. Once the wagering requirements are fully met, the remaining balance converts to real money and should no longer be subject to any bonus restrictions or caps. Continuing to play with this real money balance should not lead to confiscation or restrictions on winnings, unless explicitly stated in the terms. The claim that players must withdraw capped winnings before continuing to play is not supported by the terms provided by JustSpin. This kind of ambiguous or “hidden” rule undermines player protection and fairness. This lack of clarity is exactly why regulatory bodies like MGA and independent dispute resolvers like eCOGRA exist — to ensure operators do not arbitrarily confiscate legitimate winnings after wagering requirements have been met. Therefore, I believe this issue warrants further regulatory investigation and I am pursuing the matter with MGA and eCOGRA to ensure fair treatment and transparency in line with MGA standards.
  2. Summary of the issue: I deposited €50 and received a €50 sticky bonus. The bonus had a 40x wagering requirement and a €4000 win cap. I wagered the full amount and at the end of wagering, my balance was €932, which turned into real money and was no longer subject to any bonus restrictions. I continued to play with real money, and I won €9025 in the game Tropicool 4. JustSpin then confiscated €5880 from my balance, claiming that the winnings still fall under the bonus win cap. Why this is unacceptable: The bonus was already fully wagered. The win cap (€4000) clearly only applies to winnings made while the bonus is active, as their terms state: "All winnings from bets placed while having an active bonus are considered to be bonus money..." I had no active bonus when the win occurred, and my funds were real money. This interpretation by JustSpin is not only unfair and misleading, it contradicts both their own stated terms and the spirit of the MGA Player Protection Directive. eCOGRA was involved but failed to properly assess the facts or enforce a fair resolution. What di you think? Am I right about this and is justspin breaking the rules?
  3. @cocopop3011 Unfortunately not. It would seem that the casino is also lying to egogra and egogra is therefore not handling the matter properly. MGA also refuses to do anything because it is a "rule interpretation issue". Can't trust mga licensed casinos anymore.
  4. When I was wagering over money, my balance was a maximum of €1200 and when the rolling was complete, the money was around €930, so the 4000 limit was never exceeded. It was only later that I won the larger amount. It's quite strange that I wouldn't get the rest of the money when it's an MGA licensed casino and the rules don't mention it. The rules only talk about playing while the bonus money is active and after wagering it turns into real money. The rules also clearly state that while the bonus money is active, that winnings cap applies to winnings, but not afterwards.
  5. I would like to ask for your opinion on whether I should receive all the money I won.The casino in question is: Justpin I deposited €50 and got €50 in bonus money. The bonus money has a€4000 winning cap. While playing and wagering the money, my balance reached a maximum of around €1220. I finally completed the wagering and my balance was around €932, which turned into real money and would have been available for withdrawal. So no bonus terms were broken during the wagering and the winning limit was not exceeded. I then continued playing with real money and won €9025 on the game Tropicool 4. The casino now claims that the money was part of the winnings made with bonus money and confiscated a total of €5880, even though the bonus money rules should no longer have applied to my winnings. What do you think about this? Bear in mind, most games contribute towards the wagering requirements, but not all.The above requirements are general; however, there might be additional conditions for specific bonuses."Chatgpt interpretation:" Why I Have a Right to the Full Amount I completed the wagering requirements before the larger winnings occurred. According to the bonus terms: "All winnings from bets placed while having an active bonus are considered to be bonus money and will be converted to real money only after bonus wagering requirements are met." I fully met these wagering requirements. The funds remaining in my balance at that point had become real money, not bonus money. The maximum win limit stated in the bonus terms only applies to winnings from bonus funds. The bonus terms state: "The maximum winnings with a deposit bonus are EUR 4,000… upon completing the wagering requirements or upon withdrawal." At no point during the wagering process did my winnings exceed this limit. The larger winnings occurred after the bonus was cleared. Therefore, the winnings were no longer subject to the bonus cap. Sticky bonus structure means I never received the bonus amount as withdrawable cash, only the winnings. Once the wagering was completed, I had a real money balance that I could have chosen to withdraw. Instead, I decided to continue playing, fully aware that I was now using real money — not bonus funds. The additional winnings I earned came entirely after the bonus had expired, meaning they should not be retroactively tied to bonus terms. ________________________________ Why the Casino’s Reasoning Is Problematic The casino appears to retroactively apply the bonus maximum win limit to funds that were already converted into real money. This is inconsistent with the wording of the bonus terms and standard industry practices. If the wagering was completed and the funds had turned into real money (as per the bonus terms), then further gameplay should no longer be governed by bonus restrictions. Applying a bonus-related win limit to real money gameplay after the bonus is no longer active is misleading, unfair, and potentially non-compliant with MGA regulations. ________________________________ Conclusion Based on the facts and the terms provided by the casino: I did not exceed the maximum win limit while the bonus was active. All large winnings were generated after the wagering was completed and my balance had become real money. I could have withdrawn that money at that point, which proves the bonus had been cleared. Therefore, those winnings should not have been restricted or confiscated.
