  1. Hi all, I'm in Ontario and have been playing on leovegas and a few other regulated sites for years now. I have never had any issues withdrawing from leovegas, generally speaking I really enjoy their site. Occasionally, they ask for a photo of a new credit card as verification, but that process usually only takes a couple mins. Recently, they asked for bank statements from a couple months in 2023, some 2024 and even one 2025. During this time, deposits and play is still allowed, but withdrawals are restricted. It's been over a week since I sent the documents and I have followed up but they have said it's still under review. My questions are- has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you know why they ask for all of these statements? Like I said, I have had to do other verifications - ID, credit card, etc. But never this extensive of a review. Also- are my funds protected? They can't just scoop whatever I have in the account right? Afterall, they have allowed me to deposit and play still, it's just withdrawls not allowed at the moment.
