How's everyone doing. I'm deadasleep most of the time deadawake now. So recently I played a free spin at club player I know it's not a reputable casino...now lol. But I'll share my story I won't make a complaint because I may have been in the wrong but no the less strange in my opinion. I did play a free chip 6 days prior fyi. I played and won 75 dollars the max was 100 but I decided to play it safe went through the kyc check deposited Bit coin to verify I'm real check I sent 12 even though I needed to send ten. All checked out now a waiting game for whatever they had to do customer service was friendly so I even tossed 50 bucks in bit coin of my own money in to play around a bit.fyi I did not win lol lasted meh 30 min. Lol. Well it's within the time frame and that deposit should have hit by now so I decided to have a chat to see if there was a problem aaaànd there was customer support says there is a min/max and that I had to cancel my transaction and finish tplaying to get to a solid 100$ I told her that there was no min only a max. But she insisted so I uploaded a picture of the coupon I used and noted where there was a max but no min. I asked for a manager had the same talk showed him the coupon to. Was quiet for a bit and the manager says I have to cancel my withdraw it's being denied because of a free chip 6 days prior. But now it just sounded fishy to me because I've been denied before and they canceled it themselves not at this casino but another one a couple years ago so I refused to comply with them now I just want answers just get the big run around no one's giving up any answers like I wanted to know what the timeframe is between free chips or am I banned from them till I make a deposit a year from now lol.well they finally won and was able to cancel my withdraw. But left me with the 12 deposit I made lol it takes 20 dollars to make a withdraw so I have no choice but to play again first spin boom 30 bucks. I go to withdraw and contact customer service to hopefully get it moving along aaaànd they say I gotta wait 7 business days for coindraws algorithim try to contact coindraw and I don't think they even exist lol it's day 4 and Im still worried lol it's not a lot of money like thousands but at the end of the day it is mine. For now lol I'll probably toss a couple back and toss it into the machine at the bar give back to the community have a nice day. Off to make their evening miserable as they don't give any answers.
