  1. Jan,

    Thank you for your words.

However, none of those steps were asked of me to do.

It was only later , after they closed my account,  and told me they were refunding my deposits,, did they ask me to view the Email they had just sent me. It was a reset password email. They said dont  reset it.just screen shot my email  with theirs on the email.

  2. Ok cocopop since you always have much to say , before you asked why would I sign up for a casino that was restricted in the U.S well , they never asked me to verify my country of origin first of all, while in your efforts to gather further background, the reason being was because I wanted to gamble and they allowed me to.(since I was unjustly booted from BITSTARZ) So the reason is plain and you knew that. Your efforts to demean and  diminish my character and conduct , should be kept to yourself.  I asked for insight,  not for my character to be assassinated. I reach out for help and in the process I get attacted. This is not the first time your condesending self -righteousness tone has been pointed in my direction. I've been nothing but respectful and professional in all my communications. However,  they say  treat others as you expect to be treated.

  3. Well here I am again , this time almost same scenario as my last.

So after my last unjust recourse I started playing at a called BITCOIN GAMES,  I made ,I don't know 5 deposits of $50 worth of bitcoin. ( for those who need specifics 0.00085323 BTC). On my last one I got a hit and won 6x the amount I deposited approx ( 0.00649 BTC) I proceeded to cash out and once again delayed cashout. After about almost 24 hours I received the attached email. Notifying me my account was now closed.

This time i remained calm and inquired into what the issue could be, with the hopes of resolving any problems.

Support staff said , that it seems that it was closed, due to players from U.S were restricted.

Ok fair enough I knew that.

Nonetheless, im told that they would refund my deposits.

    seemed strange but COOL.

I'm then asked to send a crypto wallet address and the currency. I had already given them my bitcoin address,  but i did again.

Then they asked me to confirm my email by screen shooting the email they sent me.

All confirmed,  and now delayed again.

The case has been sent to finances department for investigation?

What ? Investigation? It's been conducted,  concluded, determined but not resolved.

And just like Last time. Thats it thats all youll get your refund when we get to it.

Now as I write this , Being a active  Student , Studying CYBERSECURITY,  this has so many 🚩red flags. That I should of known better.

So opions, feedback, recourse, anyone ?

  4. That is unfortunate,  because I didn't know that the game had a bug. Nor did I purposely attempt to take advantage of or exploit that. My bet was set on an amount on the game.. and each time I hit the spin button money was being deducted. And like wise when I gained. I don't understand how I was to know something was wrong when I was going up and down. How is a player supposed to report or stop his play if everything looked normal. I understand policies are established in an effort to cover all foreseeable instances , likewise to prevent players from intentionally and purposely exploiting these kinds of situations. However , when this happens to a player unexpectedly,  and he IS NOT aware of it , that means he must forfeit his winnings. This clause in which you stated , was the reason for my winnings to be taken, and your statement insinuates that I was fully aware of this. And I will tell you that , if this "BUG" affected my game play, and depicted a zero bet on one end. It didn't on mine. And I was unaware of this. I know that no matter what, bitstarz has made there decision,  and the player is in the wrong. For something beyond his knowledge or control. And obviously blaming me for yours and the providers err. Thank you for your feed back.

You can close the account that's fine. However, with all due respect I would like to have my winnings deposited into my account. I have already discussed this with nick.

I don't even know owvwho you are older. Secondly I  think that the word addict is being to heavily referred to. You can be addicted to something,  but that doesn't mean that a person is putting up all of his belongings. Or selling his house just to do so.the funds I spend are earned threw hard work. Terminology and the understanding varies from culture to culture and ethnic groups. So if I used that word that seems to BE the catch all here in the gambling world it is being taken out of context

    Hi ya'll,

Sorry for the slow reply and @Fiekie247thank you for the tag : )

If you could PM me your username @Slotfather408 I'd be really grateful. That way I could look into this better and see what's going on.

But as others have pointed out here as well, you saying you're an addict is causing huge concerns for me. It causing concerns to the point that this will end up in me going to close your account for responsible gambling. Sorry but I cannot take any chances here. Admitting you're an addict is bad enough and despite the claim that "I can afford it" sadly doesn't make a difference. You can maybe afford it right now, but that doesn't mean you can in the future if you're an addict. Addiction doesn't stop when the money runs out. That said, I have the outmost sympathy for any addict and I strongly suggest you seek help for it.

This however will have no bearing on the outcome of the topic for this thread. If we've made a mistake I will of course own up to it and sort it out, so I'd be really grateful if you could provide your details so I can look into this. If we're wrong, I'll honor the potentially outstanding funds but after that (if applicable) I will have to close your account. It's nothing personal, but if you tell me you're an addict, I cannot allow you to play here.

    Olle

@Slotfather408  Oh, one more thing...is your winning 8.2 Btc OR 8.2 mBtc??? Get your facts correct please!

    8.2 Btc = $49,556.80 x 8.2 = $406,365.76 !!!

So, what you should have indicated is 8.2 mBtc instead. That's one more mistake from you, so don't repeat it please.

I'm human bro and mistakes are part of learning. I understand you have alot of insight in these areas.. but if you would refrain from talking to me like I'm your child ..

  10. You know at this point they can keep the account. I just want my winnings. I have deposited thousands with them. They can give me my little 8.2 btc.

i would think that a issue between game provider and distributor, would fall on them to work out as far as business dealings. Since when does a problem with services fall on the customer. I should be paid and if there is a issue that should be for them to hash out

Okay then that makes more sense because I couldn’t see why additional checks were being made for this amount 🤣

You are correct.. it is 8.2 btc

Okay, just before I say what I suggest you do next, can you confirm that you are admitting you are an addict? Or is this a typo?

By the looks of it, it looks like they gave you an offer you couldn't refuse @Slotfather408. Does that loyalty bonus have wagering requirements or have you completed it?

It's very unusual for Bitstarz to allow 6 days of wait considering the payout is to be made in BTC. It should have been processed in less than an hour assuming your verified and have that amount in your bank the same day.

I left that casino a long time ago when they removed my legendary Crazy Time live wheel!

    Hope you get your cashout!

Yeah the loyalty bonus came with a wager requirement of 35x I met the wager requirement.  And this is the first time ever they have taken this long it's now day 12. They say they are waiting for the provider to send feedback

Okay I am sorry to hear this. So why have they closed your account?

I told them I was relying on the winnings to purchase food. But they twisted it   or maybe I answered improperly they said do to responsible gaming policies , they had to close my account. That they had no choice. I then acted unprofessional and proceeded to use offensive language and told the support agent about himself. However, I feel like that was the intent and direction they wanted. I will post some of the conversation as i screenshot it. I am a gambling addict. I love it.. I can afford it. I have many jobs and go to school for cybersecurity.  They made it seem like i would not be able to survive with out that 378. Dollars.. I deposit that almost daily. The thing is I won that money and it's mine so I want it..

Okay so 6 days is a long time for BitStarz to process a withdrawal of $380. Please can you tell us what the latest email says off them and have you asked why they are taking so long? Also, did you accept a bonus?

The last email was them telling me that my game play is still under review by the provider and they won't give me any other explanation. JUST to wait. Once they receive feed back they will let me know.. it's been 11 days. However, since then they closed my account due to them tricking me and taking advantage of my time of morning. My father passed last week so I needed the extra funds to help pay for funeral and food. They asked me the responsible gaming questions and I said yes it was for food. But I ment food for the fineral. Nevertheless I emailed nick the gead of the casino. And was told that the review will continue and once they receive feedback they will let me know . And then I can go ask support if they will reopen..

  17. So I was issued a loyalty bonus from bitstarz. For the last couple months I've been playing terribly,  however, during my search for that lucky game , I stumbled upon a slot game that decided to start paying. I won an amount I felt comfortable with cashing out.. something like 8.2 in bitcoin.($378.00). However, upon cash out I was not paid.. and I asked what is the problem and I was told that my game play is being reviewed and that they are waiting to hear back from the provider. It's been 6 days and daily contact and emails produces the same response. What does this mean. Am I just being given the run around. Is this something to occur normally.
