Few days ago i was playing on ROOBET black jack from some of theirs providers.
I was playing black jack on Roobet and black jack on my locals online casino.
During the game on Roobet ,when i put my bet,my screen switched to "Maintance of Roobet" ,while my game on local online casino were going on.
So because of maintance on roobet,i could continue playing my hand on blackjack,after Maintance dissmised i see my bet lost.I tried to contact provider in online chat,but there respond me that they are too busy because of some problems and i should coontact directly Roobet.
At the end ,after i showed them screenshot of Maintance and screenshot of my locals casino game going normally on(so there cant be any connection problem on my side),they still answered me that it was my side problem.
I dont recommend anyone playing on roobet casino live games,where you can lose your hand after bet,because anytime they can have 5-15second maintance error showing on screen.
Chose Stake better,they solved the same problem for me very fast.
