  1. An MGA licensed online casino refused to pay out my balance of approximately €20,000.00. The payout request was denied and the balance was simply removed from my account. I was unable to come to an agreement with the casino, after which I filled out a MADRE form in. After X days I received an email stating that the case had been forwarded to the casino, the casino had 2 weeks to respond. I have since learned from the casino itself that they have sent a response to MADRE. I have heard nothing from MADRE itself since X, including no response to my emails / completed contact form requesting an update. Does anyone have experiences with ADR through the MGA or through MADRE? And what are the waiting times for an ADR procedure? Positive or negative experiences doesn't matter, I'm curious about both.
