Hello Please delete this thread if its in wrong place or unnecessary but I would like to ask is there a rep or others who have recently played at this casino? I made the mistake of playing no deposit bonus and winning promos max 65€ plus deposited the "verifying" 25€. it's now 5th day of reading the supports same copy/paste's how they have massive overload at payment department etc. Sometimes they just wait until the site kicks you out for being "inactive" altough you post messages to live chat. Did I just waste time wagering and got also scammed 25€?

My issue already went through the complaint process without solution but my problem is that there is still withdrawal of crypto 21€ since: 09.04.2023 21:03 still pending, and I havent been able to reach support via live or email ever.
