Hi, is Genting casino online a scam?
Or are they just slow? Reason I ask is I went online, played live roulette (roulette feed from Manchester), won some money, and have attempted to withdraw it, but the withdrawal is just sat at pending for several days,
I am just wondering if they simply take their time and I'll eventually get it, or they will never give it to me.
I have been through their KYC process and also had my documents verified.
Just concerned it's taking so long, and they are seemingly ignoring my chat ("typically replies within minutes") and emails
Has anyone else used them, and received a big withdrawal (5k (the max)),?
