So this may sound naive but have been playing through a bonus on Lady Aida . Got paid first time around 1070 pound which included a 40 quid bank fee. played through second bonus and won 1800 with I withdrew. Got send a document to confirm my deposit .... really odd had to print it off . Anyway been waiting for 5 days to get a call to say your withdrawal has been void as you have had spins higher than 10 pounds ........ 1800 quid gone .... the unfortunate person to ring me said “ read the small print better next time “ can someone level with me .... am I just dumb and should have read the small print or should there be at least a pop up suggesting “ you are betting through your bonus and this bet voids everything “ thanks
