[Neosurf as a deposit method]

I opened an account with Neosurf as a recommendation from a live chat rep at the online casino I play at. I made two small deposits with neosurf to make sure everything was good then I made a deposit of $360 and it left my bank account then never showed up in my neosurf account. Neosurf has absolutely no customer support, it’s been almost a week and no reply from any of the emails I sent through their website. I put up a review on trust pilot and they answered that with a generic message that they know there’s a problem and that they are working on it, my deposit will be credited shortly, that was 2 days ago. I see there are many complaints on review sites about Neosurf doing this and with no way to contact them I can’t understand why they are promoted as a deposit method at many casinos. 
Are there other players with good or bad experiences with this company?
