im new to this forum but have a story to share from not long ago.
I deposited just under £1700 into this casino in a single day and won around £2300 in total.
I later tried to log on to my account and it was closed so I contacted the customer service department and had a call from the responsible gambling team. After answering some questions they reinstated my account and explained to me I can withdraw the funds as normal. I then went onto the account to withdraw my money and it wouldn’t let me. I then contacted the customer service teams on the chat and they explained as the card wasn’t in my name (it’s my partners) there was a few complications they needed to sort out their end and they would process the withdraw for me. I thought great! I had an email then saying my withdrawal in in the process and ten minutes after that o had another saying it had been cancelled. I then went to go back onto my account to check this and it was closed again!
I then contacted customer service again and was told that it had been closed and for me to refer to the terms and conditions but no actual reason. I then contacted several other customer service representative and some saying that I’ll get the money and some saying I won’t. I have now had my deposits refunded but not my balance so I’m over £600 out of pocket. The latest is they won’t give me the remaining amount, they won’t give me a reason for my account to be closed and they won’t look into it for me nor appeal it for me.
Be aware of this casino guys I believe they are a scam and play some dirty tricks not to pay out.
