I actually went up to 28k on one deposit of 500 but I lost it on monopoly live and finally on slots.

I had 17.5k in my account and about 9.5k when the next day.

I have no idea for what reason they asked for it. I think they're going to get in touch in a few hours as I went on chat and they told me that. I'll update on what they said in a bit.

Hi, I deposited about £8k on Betsson when I received a compensation payment for an accident I was in. I since have been asked for source of income docs which I gave to them. I don't actually have any funds left in the account but I was looking forward to a bonus for my activity. They have said they can't accept my source of income (compensation payment) as it is a 'one off'. My other source of income is benefits and they have previously told me they don't accept them as a valid source of income. I am waiting now for an email to see if they will accept it this time. What do you think about this?
