So I deposited a few times with lotto go over the past couple of months. Everything fine, usually lost a little money and made no withdrawals, I got lucky over last week from a small deposit and managed to win £5000. I submitted withdrawal request and now they want to verify my account before any withdrawal can be made.
I unfortunately don’t have any up to date identification in the form of a passport of driving license. I don’t drive. What would be acceptable as they said I need to order a new passport?!
also I used my brothers bank card to make the deposits, is this going to be a problem? I only do this because my wages are paid into his account as I can’t open a bank account myself. As they want photos of the card used, that’s not a problem at all. As far as I can see I checked the terms and conditions and can’t see anything that would not allow me to do this.
could I have some help going forward please.
