Hey man thanks for all these! yeh i do have most of my bets written down on paper and given i have no access its a 'let live' thing.

I'd of cashed out man city by now as i've watched Liverpool drift away but ay guess having no access to the sports book you put your money on gives you little option.

Its been a big lesson / learning curve throughout this experience. I'm awaiting another update this week so we'll see. At first I was like I dont mind my bets standing but as a little bit of time has gone on im thinking no way this is bullshit (which it is).

  2. What a corrupt company... told me my final response was contact next year after all bets are settled.

But because i've contacted ECOGRA and been rigorously spreading the news of this within my network and posting everywhere they now say we are awaiting a decision from higher management as its still being reviewed.

    Ok then.

I'm sorry to hear that, Discoramia. Mr. Green has strict rules, I have not fully obeyed the rules, and I have been removed from the casino. Read T&C carefully, people ...

I haven't broken any T&C. When they blocked me I called up and they said 'Don't worry you just need to provide source of funds'. 10 documents later they suspended me?

Its funny, weeks before I had a £5,000 balance and they blocked me again, that time it was for more verification and ID. I thought after that i'd be ok.

If i'd of broken T&C i'd assume i'd be refunded in full and bets would be void. Not the case here.

  4. Heres the final response from Mr Green. I highly recommend that you do not make larger deposits or high roll at this casino. Sadly after some losses, I made a rash £15,000 deposit on a variety of sports bets which I made sure could be cashed out at any time then they interrogated me, blocked me and suspended me.

They got me good, don't let them get you the same way.

    g4h3h34h34h43.png

  5. They are offering to put together a contract for me to ensure I get my winnings next year. Surprisingly some are really on track, it could be a £20k+ cash out but I really cant have faith in them following through on this. I have a bad feeling just like I did when they first blocked me without reason that something will come up at the time to hold onto my money.

I dont trust Mr Green, I am still persistent on another answer even though they say this is a 'final decision' I dont feel its fair. They want to hold me to the bets but not give me access to my account, not let me cash out anything now. I suggested access with no deposits and no use of the website besides monitoring current bets.

Been going around in circles for weeks lol, its their way or no way.

  6. I've been waiting nearly 2 months and in no better situation than when I first started lol.... Mr Green blocked me to hold me to £15,000 worth of sports bets, they dont want to give me any access to my account or control - id of never bet this big had they offered no cash out, id of just chucked it on a bet ending tomorrow otherwise, not 1 year.

Where do I turn to now? would love some help. Honestly don't want to wait 1 year to start chasing my money back asking is it in the account yet.

To be honest, I get the cash out term: I personally, not a dig, would not place a bet based on the cash out function being available for X amount of time (I've seen some places pull the function 15 minutes into a game) - too much uncertainty for my liking. But the fact it's, presumably, still available makes that kinda moot.

Nice to see they've addressed the void bit of their own t's and c's in their response and cherry picked another section - it's not the case though? Should they not receive x,y,z, a/c's closed and bets voided - that's from their own terms, which Martin (bless his soul), hasn't even acknowledged exists.

What EXACTLY, are then needing to unblock?

None of my ID or SOF were rejected, they were accepted and they decided to suspend me following providing it, I still don't know why and when I ask they just say your account has been suspended and cannot be re-opened lol.

Anyway, think I may just have to accept the fate of the bets the way its looking.

  8. Oh here we go... another poor response.

T&C's A3.2 has nothing to do with my issue. In fact, there is no error in my bet. I'm happy for them to stand.

B1.3 The 'Cash Out' function allows the Account Holder the possibility to redeem a bet, which status has not been settled yet, at its current value.

^^^^ The terms state I should be able to redeem a bet that has not been settled. I can't due to them blocking me and then suspending me after giving required documentation.

Cash Out requests might be subject to the same delay procedure as listed in “Section A, Para 4.5”. Should it happen that during this delay, for whatever reason, either the offer is removed or odds fluctuate, the Cash Out request will not be accepted and the Account Holder will be notified with an on-screen message.

^^^^ This is regards to an in play bet, a goal is about to be scored... nothing to do with bets that end in 2020 :)

Mr Green reserves the right to offer such functionality solely at its own discretion and does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the Cash Out functionality is not available.

^^^^ So out of the approximate 30 bets I placed and 15 with cash out available you are just wiping them all from me? so the fact I have 2 goalscorers to be top when theres only 1 possibility you are just forcing it onto me?

I only placed these yearly bets to monitor and potentially cash out over the year whenever A. I needed the money from or B. I felt it was the right time to. But they chose to block my account and then suspend me after giving all they asked. Seems like foul play.

I don't trust this casino anymore to wait until 2020 to assume my whole balance win/lose will be paid out. I need to be seeing my bets available, cash outs available and know where i'm at. If that can't be done then i'm not happy as I initially did not see it panning out like this.

    g34h3h53.png

  9. I'm really not happy about this. Mr Green is forcing my bets upon me and not letting me use the 'cash out' option on any of my bets that are stuck in my blocked account. I have several £1,000 bets that total £15,00 that are now forced to either win or 0. Something which I never agreed upon placing the bet. It highlighted to me 'cash out available' which is why I placed larger bets, if they e-mailed me and said Paul we will suspend you after asking for documents for 2 weeks from you and give you no reason then I would of used elsewhere. Really unhappy I also have to wait until next year to see any of my money back when I do not like this website anymore with how they've handled this.

    Totally unacceptable.

Their own terms and conditions state:

We may restrict your access to Mr Green, suspend or terminate your account, withdraw your offers for bets, void any bets outstanding to your account, cancel any unmatched bets or cancel and void any outstanding or matched bets in our absolute discretion if:

    you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the services;

Reading that to me seems like, if you don't supply x,y,x (which is kinda what has happened as it's not what they need seemingly), they should void the bets (meaning you get back the 15k)

Ask them why they're not being voided.

good point! did just email back about these terms... i provided what they needed they cant provide the service! i'd much rather cash out now than wait until next year to hear hey paul we see your last login was 1 year ago we need to verify some things and we can only cash out x per month maxium lol more terms!

Ah, I thought it meant you’d 15k just sitting in the balance...

Anyhow... that’s ridiculous. Deemed not good enough to have access to your account but fine to still take the money?

Have they said exactly what documents they want?

At first they said 'provide source of funds' so i googled it and provided 5 documents that were on a list thinking that will do it. That wasn't enough. They requested full tax hmrc document, still not enough then asked for 12 months pp account sales (which is unrelated to any deposits tbh), proof of ownership and bank statement then suspended me without reason. I was shocked, still am a bit lol.

Extract from the UKGC, if it can't be completed

operator must proceed in line with regulation 31(1)(c) and terminate the existing business relationship with the customer • if funds are to be repaid, then the amount repaid should consist of all funds owed to the customer at the point that the threshold was reached, plus all deposits made at that point and thereafter

So, you could refuse to supply anything and see the depo's returned - they can't just decided 'Oh, we're keeping this'

Sure it won't come to that mind you.

Update! got an email to confirm Mr Green is keeping my £15,000 of sports bets locked inside their sports book which I have no access to until next year.

The only reason I placed larger bets was because I was under the assumption the cash out feature was available whenever I wish to use it.

Now a £2,000 bet that was readily available to be cashed out in any given scenario may be left to dwindle all the way down to 0. I'd of never placed some of the bets had I known I would be suspended for nothing and such services expected of a sports book would be restricted.

They have said they will refund my £795 balance that I am pleased about however this still needs to be resolved.

They're notoriously bad for doing basic KYC, but 3 weeks takes the mick.

I don't think they're trying to scam you, just some very poor internal processes.

I think it's ridiculous that they're still doing this at the deposit stage - you should raise a complaint and take it from there. They can't Hold your cash to ransom whilst they ***** around with SOW.

Unlike Casumo (who continue to allow you to deposit despite o/s SOW), at least they're blocking you from more deposits.

You'll get the money, just a case of when.

Thanks for the heads up man! Its been very poorly handled. I waited 1 week of giving them 10+ KYC documents and woke up one day to 'youre suspended'. I was in shock like how, what, why. My funds do feel on ransom and it sucks. Had a lot of trust for the casino I guess, too much. Most of my bets can be cashed out now but I didnt plan on touching it until next year, long term sports bets. I wouldn't give a toss if I had like £1k in there but its a fair sum to forget about.

I'll update this when they get back to me. I'm told we know nothing until the department has reached out to us. As i've had terrible news for weeks i'm just expecting more bullshit.

  14. I've had nothing but bad news from Mr Green since they blocked me. I'm waiting and waiting now on the reason 'why' but I just know it will be some nonsense again as they pull me on a string like they have done for 1 month like a puppet. If they want to suspend me no problem, but I want to get my £15,000 out of the sports book, that was hard deposits (not winnings) I made.

I've been patient enough in not exposing this casino but i think more should be a aware, mr green will try to scam you it seems (never thought id be saying that)

    t13t24.png

  15. I was already verified, i've deposited probably 50k+ in the past year (not including withdrawals) I sent in so much documentation, they kept asking for more and then suspended me without reason. I wouldn't mind if they said 'sorry you cant use our site but we will let you cash out or access your sports bets' NOTHING! and I lost money last weekend because I couldn't access my sports book I put my money on to use.

  16. Hi everyone.

I wont make this post long as everywhere I try to post it its either not accepted or removed.

I used Mr Green for 2 years, club royale member and affiliate. I recently put £15k on for season sports bets. My account was blocked shortly after. I was asked to provide proof of funds. I gave them a property sale, hmrc tax documents, income sheets, paypal business reports. They said not enough we need more, i gave them what they asked and they asked for more... at this point i sensed something wasn't right. Eventually they said we have made a decision to suspend your account we will let you know in the future if anything changes.

I've waited 3 weeks for answers why, they spent 2 weeks asking for documents and taking a long time to reply and now i'm left in the dark, no access to my bets or anything.

I hope to hear some advice and help with my situation.
