I have been lurking around these forums for a few years but have finally registered!
I have an open complaint currently in processing but this is more of a general question without going into specifics. Has anyone ever was able to retrieve winnings from a crashed or glitched game bonus, i.e cannot complete bonus round to recieve winnings etc.. I know every game comes with a message saying that in an even of an error the winnings are forfeit but is it like that in reality? I am in this situation now where i ve lost a big bonus (several hundred x +) due to a game crash.
Has anyone been in this position before or hopefully was able to recover any winnings from it?
Appreciate any feedback you guys might have.
